Over the last 6 months what we are seeing is a strengthening rental market. We anticipate rents beginning to increase as properties become vacant and go back on the market. The graphs below show this trend starting to take shape. The number of days rental properties are staying vacant and sitting on the market is going down and rents are starting to slowly increase as they turnover.
