A landlord with 2 SFM under ExcaliburHome, recently had to evict a tenant not paying rent for 3+ months. While it took months for the court to issue wrt and another months for put-out scheduling (tip: AVOID Dekalb county at all cost), Excalibur clearly has a process to handle this kind of tough situation, and is able to get the ball rolling.
While eviction is always unfavorable, it’s a good time to test the PM’s capability and integrity. Excalibur passes the test, and I am happy to continue working with them.
