If you own a property in Gwinnett County it is possible that you are going to be required to pay the county for your sanitation service.  According to the following article by Atlanta Journal Constitution, there are about 188,000 houses that lie outside city limits that will be affected by this new residential solid waste management “plan.”   Gwinnett County stated that they will be notifying affected homeowners regarding the changeover from their current haulers to the new system by mailings and posting information on their website,http://www.gwinnettcounty.com.

According to the Gwinnett County website, if you need assistance with identifying your hauler and pick-up day, please call             770-822-7141       or send an email to [email protected]. Please include your street address in your email.
