They discriminate between applications. They do not do a first come qualified first come serve. we spent $160 on an... application that said pet friendly. we were the first application in. They did not process our application because the owner wanted to look at the applicants who did not have pets first. Even though the add said pet friendly. This leaves other questions; when we are being discriminated based on pets on a pet friendly application what else are they discrimating against. I would not waste your time or money with this place. there yelp reviews are completely different from their Google reviews which is odd. I did get my money back from our application because it was not processed. But they do make money on applications as well and have no max out on the amount that can be entered. They amoung all the other companies, purposely run the checks so they can pocket the remainder amount. They pay a service fee, not a fee per application. Call ahead of time before filling other applications out with companies to see how they chose their tenantread more

I had to move out of my house unexpectedly due to a divorce and needed to find a safe place for myself and my kids and... Francia became my angel. I could only get away for one or two days to see places and she steered me to a place that was just coming onto her list that was absolutely perfect. She went out of her way to let me see the place on the day that I was out. She helped me understand the application process and was just really my saving grace in a really difficult time. These reviews are false, go to yelp for the truth. I rent now with them and they have not resolved my work order for... 4months. I have not been able to use my shower since January. I have water damage in walls ceiling and carpet and they didnt resolve it they neglected the workorders and now Im moving out. DONT rent with them and DONT rent home 11007 Lorin Way it is problems, plumbing, water damage that will continue because they dont fix it they just try to cover it before the next leak happensread more

We had a great experience in speaking with our property manager, Brooke Borders the other day about a issue that would... have prevented us from renewing our lease. She was extremely helpful and also returned our emails and phone calls right away. She was also very professional and knew the topic she was talking about. A wonderful experience. This is probably the most rude and unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. I’ve had 3 property managers... and I’ve only been in the home 5 months. The latest one, Brooke Borders is extremely rude, unprofessional, and down right ghetto. Flew off the handle and cuts you off so you can’t speak if you ask questions. Wouldn’t provide her supervisors real name. When I did talk to the supervisor, Laura Burr, it was very clearly she could care less. She was not rude, however she didn’t care what my experience was. Refused to reassign a different property manager and told me I’d be hearing from Brooke (who I just complained about) in a few days. I’ve waited since my move in date for a fob for the property amenities. I still don’t have it. Never got one and now I’m being told I’ll be charged $50 for a replacement. Never had late rent. I take great care of the property. I left a voicemail for Vice President Matt Nelson. I have my fingers crossed that I won’t get scolded again for having concerns and hope that they will actually just fix the problems and demonstrate some good customer service.
