Please note that there is a $75 non-refundable application fee. If approved, applicants can pay a rent reservation fee to hold the property until move-in day.
You can apply for a home without the reservation fee, but the property will remain on the market until we have an approved application and fee.
Our standard lease period is 12 months, and rent is due on the first of the month. Pet fees are on a case-by-case basis, and we have a statement of rental policy that outlines expectations and provides essential information.
